Mark Langsfeld, Founder and CEO, is an expert in social media and business intelligence and drives the strategic direction of the company. Prior to founding ListenLogic, Mark was the Vice President of New Products at Move.com (NASDAQ: MOVE — formerly Homestore.com), a $250MM provider of online real estate search services and operator of Realtor.com. Prior to that Mark was at BT Alex Brown in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group in New York. Mark graduated from the University of Rochester and completed his studies at the Wharton School. He has been involved in digital marketing since 1996.

Vincent Schiavone, Co-founder and Executive Chairman, has been in business intelligence and listening since 1996 and heads up our corporate alliances and strategic partner efforts. Prior to ListenLogic, Vince was the Co-founder and Chairman of Turntide Inc., an anti-spam technology company which was acquired by Symantec Corp in 2004. Prior to that Vince was the Co-founder and Principal of InfoSec Labs, an information security consultancy which was acquired by Rainbow Technologies/SafeNet. Vince was also a founding board member of The International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Luis Stevens, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, is an expert in supercomputing, data modeling, and semantic data analysis. Prior to ListenLogic, Luis was the Founder and CTO of Knogee, where he architected and led the development of a learning semantic search engine. Before that he was at Cast Iron Systems where he was Chief Platform Architect, leading the design and development of an application integration appliance. Prior to that he was the Director of Engineering and Chief Software Architect at NetBoost, where he led the development of system software and compilers for a multi-engine network processor. NetBoost was later acquired by Intel where Luis became a Principal Architect. Prior to that Luis led the architecture and development of the Operating System for the SGI ORIGIN NUMA Multiprocessor System, still in use by the NSA. Luis graduated from Stanford University.

Amrish Macedo, Executive Vice President, Operations, is responsible for service development, delivery, quality control and customer care. He is an expert on information quality, process efficiency and business training. Prior to ListenLogic, Amrish spent the last 10 years improving operations at various pharmaceutical and managed care companies including Merck, Omnicare, InfoLogix, Nationwide Better Health and ppoNext. Prior to these, Amrish was on the executive team at Alignis where he delivered quality enhancements and cost reductions of their care management services. Before that, he was director of operations for ICG Commerce, where he lead the definition and design of a procurement exchange platform to improve operational effectiveness. Amrish earned an MBA from Rice University and a BA in Computer Science from Knox College.

Robert Gardner, Director of Business Development, is responsible for pharmaceutical client relationships and sales. Robert brings extensive pharmaceutical and healthcare experience developing client relationships, offering innovative and ROI focused solutions and ensuring exceeding clients’ expectations. Prior to ListenLogic, Robert was a Business Development Executive for NobleRx Marketing and Springer Science and Business where he offering innovative pharmaceutical solutions. Robert earned his BS in Finance from Rutgers University and is current completing his MBA.

Graham Quinn, Director of Client Services, is responsible for client relationship and performance. Graham brings extensive professional experience in managing teams for key accounts, developing strategic initiatives, driving the fulfillment of deliverables and business results, and ensuring exceeding clients’ expectations. Prior to ListenLogic, Graham was an Associate in Strategy and Finance at Lincoln Financial. Graham earned his MBA from The George Washington University and was selected for the Potomac Fellowship Award. He is an avid mountain biker and cook.
